Planting Design
You show us where you want them and we'll plant them. We select the right plants for the right place, all sourced from local nurseries. We also supply a maintenance schedule
Plants are selected based on soil type, aspect, style, your tastes and maintenance requirements.
When planning your planting design we visit the site and we will discuss with you the planting ideas you have , we test the soil and advise you on what will work. We design a bespoke planting plan to add structure and seasonal interest to your garden. Once agreed with you, we give you a quote for the plants and a separate quote to set out and plant. This often includes some soil improvement and mulching. A maintenance schedule will be supplied when planting is complete. Planting designs start at £15 per m2.
Garden Design
You might have a new build garden or an older space that needs improvement, small or large, or maybe a patio area that looks dated. We speak to you to understand what you want and your garden and from there design the space will industry standard scale drawings and 3D renders to show you how the space can work better. From concept designs to tender package.
There are 4 stages to the design process which we can talk to you about or email you more information on. We start with an informal chat so we can understand your dreams for your garden, and from there we can set up an initial stage 1 meeting to start the design process.
Our fees are very transparent but vary per design. We will email these to you with the 4 stage design process information. Garden design fees usually range from £20 per m2 to £45 per m2.
Remote Garden Design
Don't live in the East Midlands? We don't mind. We can still talk to you and find out exactly what you want from your garden. We can then design your space with full design plans. The plans can be specified for you or your chosen landscaper to work from. You choose how much detail you require.
There are three sets of plans we offer at fixed prices with concept plans priced at £12 per m2. We can email you all the details when you get in touch. When a remote design is carried out we are asking a lot more of you, the client, in terms of supplying us with as much info as you can. As a designer I prefer to see and feel the space I am designing, but this option opens up our services to more people and is ideal for designing smaller areas when the full garden design package isn't required. Minimum design space 40m2.
