Once you are happy with everything and want to continue to the next stage we can start the fun bit. We’ll give you a little bit of homework in the form of a customer questionnaire. We also invite you to collect images of gardens or features that you like. This gives us all the information we need for the design to take shape. We also require a full site survey with some soil tests. If the space is relatively small or simple we can measure it, but with larger more complex spaces we will need a topographical survey which we can help you arrange. After we have this information we will design some concept designs for you. Putting together some mood boards of material and plant choices, and some sketches showing all aspects of the concept. Quite often there will be 2 or 3 designs for you to look over. Most concepts are done in 2D with some 3D images included to help you visualise the space. We can create full 3D designs with CAD software if requested or if we feel the design will benifit from it. You can look over these designs in your own time and then we can sit down, make any requested changes and agree on a final design.

Stage 2 cost range is £350 -£1150 depending on size of garden. (May require a couple of meetings via Zoom or on site to discuss designs. this is included in cost)

External topographical survey if needed is not included in cost.
